East Rochester council weighed a $5,018 fix for a lift station that ran up a $988 gas bill
- Councilman John Drumm said the borough received a $988 gas bill for one month after its sewer lift station ran for 350 hours.
- Council voted to pay bills and to pay the tax collector’s commission for June and July.
- Mayor Robert Knox reported 44 calls for service and 16 citations in June, and 72 calls for service and six citations in July.
